This is a gossamer wing flower sculpture that measures 16 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The flower is made from dried zinnia, asters, sunflower leaves and hydrangea petals. Tansy leaves make up the outer fringe and hand beaded spires had highlights. The five gossamer petals are hand crafted from metal mesh. The vase is not included.
This flower comes with a story to inspire imagination and wonder. Magical gossamer flowers, like this one, are grown in secret and enchanting places. Each flower is carefully tended, harvested, dried and then hand painted for the creatures that will use them to take flight. Creatures like butterflies, dragonflies and of course fairies too.....

This is a local (Burien and Seattle area) pickup or delivery item only. Delivery is available for addresses within a 20 mile range ($10 or free for orders over $40). For delivery, choose the shipping and then delivery option at checkout. If you prefer to pick up your item at my studio, information with address, time and contact details will be emailed following checkout.
